Workleap in Montreal is seeking a Staff Security Operations Specialist to own detection, investigation and response across Workleap and ShareGate. You will build the AI layer and an end-to-end SOC pipeline, triage and enrich findings, and ensure evidence and fixes are integrated into Jira.
Candidates bring 7+ years in security operations, hands-on cloud SaaS experience, and agent-system work. Bonus: French proficiency. Remote-friendly with Montreal office access.
