Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service reflecting the Lammle’s Experience
Lead daily operations with efficiency and accountability
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
Drive merchandising, promotions, and product placement initiatives
Maintain inventory, reporting, payroll, and safety standards
Requirements: Two to three years of retail management experience
Experience in a high-volume retail environment preferred
Passion for Western wear, culture, and tack experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
