The Demand Planning Manager reports to the Director of Demand Planning and Replenishment. You will guide Demand Planning Analysts, manage forecast activities, and support inventory strategy for national and private branded products across North America. The work connects supply chain planning with service levels, receipts, turns, and forecast accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Manage, develop, mentor, and recruit Demand Planning Analysts
Align inventory planning with demand across stores and distribution centres
Review sales trends, demand drivers, forecasts, and statistical models
Analyze forecast accuracy, root causes, and improvement actions




Partner with Merchandising, Replenishment, vendors, and business teams
Requirements: Five to seven years of progressive supply chain experience
Demand planning experience within national retail networks
Team leadership experience with solid communication skills
Advanced Excel, Microsoft 365, Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos
Retail industry experience; pet products experience is ideal
