Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance Operations, you will supervise unionized maintenance employees, coordinate repair activities, and support bus readiness. The schedule includes days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily repair, operation, and maintenance activities
Oversee safety and daily work for unionized employees
Execute planned and reactive fleet maintenance activities
Ensure sufficient buses are ready for daily service
Make day-to-day decisions for the maintenance team
Requirements: Skilled trades or maintenance technician education
Experience leading teams in technical mechanical environments
Understanding of CVSE and NSC regulations
Knowledge of collective agreements and unionized supervision
Heavy Duty or Commercial Transportation background preferred
