Service furnaces and HVAC systems as a Journeyman Technician with Boardwalk, supporting residential communities across Canada. This permanent role guarantees 40 hours weekly.
Boardwalk operates more than 34,000 rental units across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Quebec. You will maintain and troubleshoot furnaces, MUA, rooftop, refrigeration, and HVAC control systems. The position also includes inspections, repairs, installations, adjustments, records, paperwork, and assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and service furnaces across residential properties
Repair or replace furnaces when required
Service exhaust fans, refrigeration, and MUA units
Troubleshoot and adjust HVAC control systems
Maintain inspection records and complete required paperwork
Requirements: Valid Journeyman HVAC Technician certificate
Three to five years residential or commercial experience
Heat pump installation, service, and troubleshooting experience
Ability to work on units above five tons
Valid driver's license and vehicle required
Bring furnace service, HVAC troubleshooting, and refrigeration experience to Boardwalk's permanent Journeyman Technician position.
