Groundswell seeks experienced Senior Appian Developer Consultants to support integrated architecture and advise clients. You will guide solution delivery, design Appian integrations, mentor teams, and improve internal processes. The work includes Agile delivery, technical design, and platform implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation teams through complex Appian technical solutions
Support design, development, and testing activities
Guide architecture, configuration management, and DevSecOps initiatives
Ensure scalable, high-performance solutions for clients
Create implementation practices and internal knowledge articles
Requirements: Three-plus years of Appian solutions experience
Five-plus years of related information technology experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
United States citizenship and willingness to travel up to fifteen percent
