This trainee position supports TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business. You will provide personalized financial advice, explore investment options, and help customers pursue financial goals. The role also includes customer relationship development, portfolio discussions, and frontline support.
Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
Ask thoughtful questions and deepen customer relationships
Provide financial reviews and personalized recommendations
Address customer concerns while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Support frontline staff with customer problems and referrals
Requirements: High school diploma or one year relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in a related field is an asset
Completion of IFIC or equivalent is required
Complete CFSA within twelve months if hired
Knowledge of investing, credit processes, and banking solutions
Build customer confidence through financial advice, investment knowledge, and relationship management at TD Canada Trust in Montréal.
