As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will support Credit Cards and Personal Lending Risk teams. You will identify data elements, define metrics, and implement reporting solutions. Your work includes dashboards, scorecards, complex reports, and ad-hoc analytics for emerging and existing risks.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and technical direction for business information
Collaborate with leads and data owners on requirements
Streamline reporting to eliminate errors and redundancies
Develop portfolio reporting for acquisition, attrition, and growth
Provide analytics, assessments, and presentations to management
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
Seven or more years of relevant experience
Knowledge of SAS, SQL, or other coding languages
Proficiency with Azure, Databricks, Python, Power BI, and Tableau
Credit Cards, Personal Lending, or risk knowledge considered an asset
Bring business intelligence, portfolio reporting, and risk analytics expertise to TD’s Credit Cards and Personal Lending teams.
