Deploy North across private cloud and on-premises environments while applying cloud infrastructure expertise to customer engineering challenges. Work remotely within a globally dispersed company.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge North’s product and enterprise engineering teams. The work focuses on Agentic AI deployments for finance, healthcare, and telecommunications clients. You will support customers including RBC, Dell, and LG CNS through secure infrastructure integration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, configuration, testing, and rollout of North deployments
Assess infrastructure, security requirements, and data management practices
Design deployment strategies tailored to client needs
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
Troubleshoot deployment issues and minimize downtime
Requirements: Experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid clouds
Robust expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP infrastructure
Knowledge of networking and virtualization
Production Kubernetes administration and Helm expertise
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Git
Apply infrastructure, Kubernetes, and customer-facing engineering expertise to deliver secure North deployments for enterprise clients.
