Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse provides nursing and personal care in a senior living community. The position involves resident assessment, care oversight, family communication, and guidance for staff. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation,



or senior health is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care within RPN/LPN scope of practice
• Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
• Assess residents during admissions and status changes
• Communicate regularly with residents and their families
• Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
• Valuable judgement and ability to identify risk
• Ability to foster a positive work environment
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
• Successful Vulnerable Sector or applicable Criminal Record Check
