Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Assemble mechanical equipment Assemble stationary industrial machinery Coach and instruct apprentices Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Repair or replace defective machinery parts Supervise other workers Estimate costs and materials Perform routine maintenance work on machinery Installing machinery and equipment Operate hoisting and lifting equipment Support for newcomers and refugees Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.) Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Support for youths Offers mentorship,
