Shape B2B SaaS product strategy through qualitative and quantitative UX research while leading a research team in Canada.
As Manager of UX Research, you will connect user needs, behaviors, and experiences with product decisions. You will guide research across a complex, data-rich enterprise platform. Your work will combine interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics, and UX metrics to improve usability.
Key Responsibilities: Plan interviews, field studies, usability tests, and diary studies
Design surveys, experiments, and behavioral analyses
Combine findings with FullStory, Pendo, and Amplitude analytics
Manage and mentor a UX researcher
Translate insights into roadmap and product recommendations
Requirements: At least eight years in UX or design research
At least three years managing people
Experience leading research teams of approximately one to five
Enterprise SaaS experience supporting complex B2B products
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Bring rigorous research, people leadership, analytics, and storytelling to influence strategy across a complex B2B SaaS platform.
