Lead Scotia Club hospitality operations at Scotiabank Arena, using restaurant leadership and financial management to shape premium guest experiences. This is a 14-month parental leave contract.
As Manager, Scotia Club, you will oversee a high-volume restaurant and bar operation within MLSE Restaurants & Catering. The role combines team development, programming, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and guest service. You will partner with Culinary, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead restaurant, bar, guest experience, and programming operations
Coach supervisors and team members toward accountable performance
Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and financial procedures
Partner with Culinary on menus, quality, and service standards




Respond to guest concerns and lead service recovery
Requirements: Three or more years of progressive food and beverage management experience
High-volume restaurant, bar, or premium hospitality leadership experience
Solid financial, planning, communication, and relationship-building skills
Smart Serve Certification and food-safety knowledge required
Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility required
