As a Maintenance Assistant with Sienna Senior Living, you will help maintain a welcoming residence for residents and staff. Work includes building repairs, painting, basic plumbing, woodworking, and permitted electrical tasks. You will also support floor care, grounds maintenance, documentation, and seasonal safety duties. Availability from 9:00am to 5:00pm any day of the week is required.
Key Responsibilities: Complete general repairs, painting, plastering, and basic plumbing
Perform woodworking and non-licensed electrical maintenance tasks
Clean, scrub, strip, and wax floors
Maintain building exteriors,



grounds, and parking lots
Complete forms and required follow-up reports
Requirements: One to two years’ experience in a similar position
Training or experience in repairs, finishes, floor care, and property maintenance
Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and safety procedures
Customer service skills and strong written and verbal English
Ability to work independently or within a team
Bring repair, floor care, and property maintenance experience to support residents at Aspira Mayfair Terrace in Port Coquitlam.
