This full-time, permanent Collision Estimator serves as a Customer Service Representative leading production in the shop. The role requires accurate damage assessment, estimates, customer communication, and insurance process knowledge. You will collaborate with the body shop team to support timely, efficient repairs and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate, timely repair-process information to customers
Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, processes, and metrics
Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
Evaluate repair needs using mechanical knowledge




Attend recommended training, information sessions, and workshops
Requirements: Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
Experience in sales and customer interactions
Understanding of required insurance programs and procedures
Ability to assess vehicle damage accurately
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace
