Lead observability, operational analytics, and platform reliability for Four Seasons in Toronto, with three weekly days at the corporate office.
As Platform Engineer, Central Integrations, Reliability & Performance, you will support cloud-hosted and SaaS-based enterprise services. The work spans monitoring, telemetry, dashboards, reporting, automation, performance optimization, and incident management. You will partner with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps/SRE, Data Teams, Architects, and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor availability, performance, throughput, and operational health
Build dashboards, service scorecards, alerts, and telemetry
Track KPIs, SLIs, SLOs, and performance metrics
Improve logging, tracing, analytics, and service monitoring
Support incident response,



root cause analysis, and reviews
Requirements: Seven-plus years supporting enterprise applications, platforms, or services
Experience with cloud-hosted and vendor-managed SaaS environments
Experience troubleshooting production and synchronization issues
Familiarity with Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or Grafana
Understanding of SRE principles, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
Bring reliability engineering, observability, analytics, and operational support experience to Four Seasons’ connected global platforms.
