Protect construction teams through HSE coordination, site inspections, and safety training at Broccolini across Canadian job sites. Work closely with the HSE Supervisor.
As Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator, you will support Broccolini’s construction, development, and real-estate services. The role promotes a strong safety culture across sites through protocols, training, inspections, and health and safety coordination. You will help maintain safe work practices while supporting remarkable building projects and relationships with people, partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings
Conduct inspections and monitor air quality
Develop emergency and evacuation plans
Deliver orientations, toolbox talks,



and safety briefings
Manage permits, reports, and compliance documentation
Requirements: Hold NCSO designation or equivalent certification and experience
Degree or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
Two to five years’ construction industry experience
Know construction safety legislation and best practices
Hold CPR, First Aid, and driver’s license
Bring construction safety knowledge, explicit communication, and organized coordination to Broccolini’s HSE team across Canadian job sites.
