Reporting to the Senior Manager, National Safety Claims - HSEQ, you will administer occupational injury, illness, disability, and WCB claims. Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. relies on this work for effective claims management, return-to-work planning, and regulatory compliance. You will maintain confidential records, analyze claim information, and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate WCB claims across multiple Canadian jurisdictions
Review incident reports and supporting records for compliance
Maintain complete claim files, databases, and reporting systems




Guide employees and leaders through return-to-work processes
Analyze claims data and prepare management reports
Requirements: Minimum three years’ related claims or disability management experience
Knowledge of Canadian Workers’ Compensation systems and legislation
Understanding of accommodation and return-to-work programs
Knowledge of Canadian privacy legislation and confidentiality practices
Solid organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bring Workers’ Compensation knowledge, careful records management, and return-to-work coordination to Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. claims administration.
