Use equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills at Tuoi Hac Village, with in-person work supporting a 160-bed care home. The job is permanent and full-time.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will maintain building equipment, complete inspections, and respond to urgent concerns. You will document work accurately, assist with equipment cleaning, and report concerns to the Departmental Manager. Additional duties include resident lifts and transfers, committee participation, onboarding support, and compliance with standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect facilities and complete preventative maintenance activities
Repair and troubleshoot all building equipment
Clean equipment and report concerns to management




Address maintenance emergencies and resident or family concerns
Attend committees and support recent hire onboarding
Requirements: Secondary-school diploma or equivalent credential
Understanding of maintenance equipment and established procedures
English reading, writing, comprehension, and instruction-following ability
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computerized records experience, vulnerable sector check, and TB test
Apply maintenance equipment knowledge, emergency response, and documentation proficiency while supporting Tuoi Hac Village residents.
