AgeCare in Ajax, Ontario seeks a Behavioural Support Coordinator to support residents with responsive behaviours. You will work with the Social Worker, Assistant Director of Care, Director of Care, Nurse Managers, and families to coordinate care within the LHIN Behavioural Support Ontario framework.
You will collaborate with pharmacists and physicians to understand medication impacts, participate in quarterly Advisory Committee meetings, and contribute to monthly reporting on behavioural
