As a full time Financial Services Representative, you will identify client needs and recommend suitable banking products and services. Your work spans everyday banking, credit solutions, investments, insurance options, consultations, transactions, and account maintenance. You will also support client relationships through proactive follow-up.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct consultations to identify clients’ financial needs
Offer banking products, credit solutions, investments, and insurance options
Process transactions and open or maintain client accounts




Follow up proactively to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction
Meet branch sales and service goals while following requirements
Requirements: Knowledge of finance and financial services products
Understanding of investments and basic investment products
Customer service experience building relationships and resolving issues
Effective communication with diverse clients in person
Digital banking and basic computer application proficiency
