This hands-on House Person role supports the Housekeeping team while collaborating with Maintenance and Front Desk. Your work helps maintain clean areas meeting hotel standards and supports guest satisfaction. Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but not required.
Key Responsibilities: Keep indoor and outdoor common areas spotless
Manage waste, recycling, and tidy garbage areas
Assist Laundry with clean and used linens
Monitor stock and report levels to Housekeeping Manager
Report hazards and respond to directed guest requests
Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Problem-solving skills for daily housekeeping needs
Friendly, approachable relationship-building attitude
Physical fitness for extended periods on your feet
Support Crystal Lodge guests through spotless spaces, organized service, sustainability initiatives, and team-oriented hotel operations.
