This certificated High School Teacher position delivers direct instruction six hours daily within OFY’s adaptable, personalized learning model. You will teach single-subject content, design differentiated lessons, and help students pursue success. The work centers on strong student-teacher relationships and responsive instruction.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver data-driven, results-based instruction aligned with Common Core Standards
Provide direct student instruction for six hours daily
Use assessments and data to influence instruction
Plan differentiated curriculum for student mastery and success
Meet students and parents about progress and problems
Requirements: Hold a BA or BS degree
Possess a California preliminary or clear single-subject credential
Maintain English Language Authorization
Demonstrate knowledge of single-subject content areas
Be eligible for an internship
