Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Administer medications and perform skilled procedures
Develop care goals with residents or decision makers




Participate in interdisciplinary resident care conferences
Teach RPN, LPN, and PSW or HCA team members
Requirements: Recognized BScN, BN, or equivalent nursing degree
Current registered nurse certificate of registration
Knowledge of nursing processes and geriatric care trends
Effective written and verbal English communication skills
Administrative, computer, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
