As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will support ICONIX operations by processing invoices for resale products, goods, and services. Your work includes verifying calculations, currencies, and commodity tax compliance while resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies. You will also review employee expense reports, reconcile vendor accounts, and identify workflow efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices through the AP automation system
Prioritize payments and capture applicable early payment discounts
Verify calculations, currencies, and Canadian and US tax compliance




Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal operations
Reconcile vendor accounts and employee expense reports
Requirements: Two or more years of related experience
Accounts payable automation program experience
Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills
Robust analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Accounting diploma or degree is an asset
Bring detailed invoice processing, tax compliance, reconciliation, and communication skills to ICONIX’s Canadian and US operations.
