This Pharmacy Assistant position focuses on patient-facing service and accurate pharmacy processes at Loblaws. You will greet patients, verify prescription details, enter care information, and handle prescription pickups. The role also includes third-party adjudication when necessary, over-the-counter enquiries, and referral to the Pharmacist when required.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient greeting and prescription information confirmation
Complete patient care information data entry
Process third-party adjudication when necessary
Handle customer prescription pickup
Refer general OTC enquiries to the Pharmacist
Requirements: Demonstrated customer service experience
Strong communication skills with patients and customers
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Pharmacy Assistant experience is an asset
