Support manufacturing production through packaging equipment operation, forklift material handling, and detailed quality checks at Transchem Group. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This Packaging Operator maintains equipment used to package chemical products within manufacturing and warehouse areas. You will inspect, clean, lubricate, and help maintain machinery while tracking packaging materials and production details. The work requires safe chemical handling, accurate records, and collaboration during troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect, clean, lubricate, and replace worn equipment parts
Move pallets using a forklift between work areas
Monitor packaging-material inventory and coordinate supply orders
Troubleshoot equipment issues with team members
Recommend continuous improvement ideas for production processes
Requirements: Preferred minimum one year in manufacturing or similar work
Previous forklift certification
Attention to detail during quality checks and recordkeeping
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to work in various temperatures and chemical scents
Use equipment maintenance, forklift handling, and production-record skills while supporting protected, organized chemical manufacturing operations.
