The Manager, HR Services leads onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR inquiry resolution. This position oversees service processes, policy adherence, governance, recognition programs, and employee customer service. It also manages the HR Services team while advancing automation, analytics, self-service, and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities: Lead onboarding, offboarding, SAP administration, and lifecycle management
Oversee HR inquiries and timely issue resolution
Refine processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Manage recognition, advantages, and pension program administration




Develop team capabilities through coaching and performance goals
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
Five or more years in HR operations, shared services, or HRIS
Experience managing SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or other HRIS
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
Knowledge of BMC ticketing system and Microsoft Office
