As a CUPE Teaching Assistant for MCG1102 Section A, you will support the course supervisor during the Winter 2027 semester. The work includes labs or tutorials, student consultations, marking, and proctoring. Allocation of hours and additional duties will be specified by the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct labs and tutorials for Mechanical Drafting students
Provide consultations to students throughout the course session
Mark course work as assigned by the supervisor
Proctor the final examination in person
Support the course supervisor with assigned teaching duties
Requirements: Successfully completed undergraduate mechanical courses
Strong knowledge of Mechanical Drafting subject matter
Excellent communication skills for student interactions
Availability in person throughout the course session
Availability to proctor the final examination
Support MCG1102 students through labs, consultations, marking, and proctoring with the University of Ottawa.
