Job Posting – Logistics Coordinator (Logistics Support) Location: Office-based, Chudleigh’s, Milton ON Type: 1-2 months Contract Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (1 day WFH, flexible) Salary: $25 to $28/Hour About the Role Fuze HR is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support a growing supply chain team This role will focus on administrative logistics support and assisting with the movement of finished goods and raw materials to customer and third-party locations.
This is an office-based role with minimal warehouse exposure.
The candidate will work closely with the logistics supervisor, procurement, senior buyers, and demand planning teams.
Key Responsibilities Support the movement of finished goods and raw materials to customer and 3PL facilities
Perform administrative and data entry tasks, including managing Excel templates and logistics documentation
Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with dispatch teams
Update reports, manifests, and back-end logistics systems
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and planning teams to ensure accurate and timely operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal audits as required
Note: This role is not client-facing and does not involve customs brokerage or border documentation.
Required Skills & Experience2+ years of logistics or administrative experience preferred but not required (entry-level considered)Intermediate proficiency in Excel; ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a fast pace

Education & Qualifications
