At Meridian we work with clients across a wide range of practice areas including neurorehabilitation, mental health, physical rehabilitation, ergonomics, return to work services, functional capacity evaluations, and pediatric services. All new employees have a 3-month salaried training period with guaranteed full hours. This allows therapists to engage in in-house training programs while gradually building their caseloads. Following the training period, therapists are guaranteed full-time hours. We pay our OTs on an hourly basis to allow for a adaptable schedule, letting our therapists balance work with other life commitments and activities.
