You will perform preventative maintenance, complete plumbing, furniture, electrical, and mechanical repairs, and respond to emergencies. The work also includes records, safety compliance, and daily operational support.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and routine building repairs
Complete plumbing, furniture, electrical, and mechanical repairs
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations
Maintain resident areas,



common spaces, and workspaces
Record maintenance activities, logs, and expenses
Requirements: Minimum two years of related maintenance experience
Knowledge of maintenance practices and building systems
Experience using building maintenance tools and equipment
Working computer and software knowledge for documentation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
