Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily driver schedules, routes, and vehicle assignments
Dispatch drivers according to operational requirements and schedules
Monitor operations and respond to delays or absences
Coordinate vacation, sick call, and other driver coverage




Maintain communication with drivers, supervisors, and management
Requirements: Two to four years of dispatching experience
High school diploma or equivalent Grade 12 required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency and dispatch software familiarity
Ability to work independently under pressure
