As a Server at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, you will support the private Fairmont Gold hotel-within-a-hotel experience. You will deliver food and beverage service, maintain lounge exclusivity, and respond to business executive and leisure traveler needs. The position requires guest-service commitment, initiative, and physical ability.
Key Responsibilities: Execute food and beverage service for Fairmont Gold guests
Greet guests and maximize breakfast seating
Set up buffet and lounge tables for services
Communicate requests and preferences with supervisors and departments
Promote and control the Fairmont Gold honour bar
Requirements: One year of buffet-service food and beverage experience
Recognized commitment to exceeding guest expectations
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Physical fitness for repeated tray lifting, standing, and walking
Legal authorization to work in Canada
