The Manager, HR Services leads HR operations, service quality, and employee customer support. You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, SAP administration, employee lifecycle management, and inquiry resolution. The position also advances responsible AI practices, process improvement, governance, and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead HR Services delivery, team development, and performance goals
Optimize processes through AI, automation, and self-service solutions
Manage SAP data integrity, security, reporting, and upgrades
Track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable stakeholder insights
Establish responsible AI controls, monitoring, documentation,



and human review
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Five-plus years in HR operations, shared services, or HRIS administration
Experience managing SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or other HRIS
Knowledge of employment, pension, and perks legislation in Canada and United States
Working knowledge of generative AI, automation, analytics, privacy, and security
