Key Responsibilities: Orient volunteers on Kettle handling and duties
Visit locations during shift changes and intermittently
Remain at Kettles until properly relieved




Answer donor questions about Salvation Army programs
Participate in recruiting recent volunteers
Requirements: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication with people of all ages
