The Assistant Manager I partners with the Store or Multi Store Manager to oversee daily store functions. You will support selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence. The position uses reporting tools, business acumen, and company learning tools to achieve objectives and maintain product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Use company tools to deliver the sales plan
Coach associates and support their growth and development
Conduct interviews with the Store or Multi Store Manager
Maintain merchandising standards and execute brand standards
Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team
Requirements: High school diploma or GED
One or more years of experience
Expertise in every aspect of store operation
Detail-oriented approach to store responsibilities
Customer service or retail experience preferred
Bring sales leadership, customer relationships, and operational execution to Sunglass Hut while developing associates and maintaining brand standards.
