At Sienna Senior Living, the Registered Practical Nurse helps residents experience comfort, dignity, and respect in their home. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide care within the RPN/LPN scope and established requirements. You will also support staff, residents, and families through clear communication.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure excellent nursing and personal care for residents
Complete admissions, readmissions, and changes in resident status
Provide ongoing resident assessments and care oversight

Requirements: Registered Practical Nurse in positive standing with Ontario College of Nurses
Strong judgement and ability to identify risks
Ability to foster a positive work environment
Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
Required provincial background check successfully completed
