As a DOTS Sales Associate at Trek Store Burnaby, you help more people get on bikes. You will learn about bicycles, components, apparel, and technology while developing sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience. The position includes individual sales targets, customer care decisions, and Trek University learning.
Key Responsibilities: Provide incredible hospitality throughout each customer’s store experience
Follow Trek’s Guide Sales Process and lead communications
Maintain merchandising, pricing, restocking, and product placement




Assemble bicycles and prepare customer bikes for service
Complete huddles, debriefs, task lists, and weekly Cycle Counts
Requirements: Positive, get-stuff-done attitude
Desire to learn about bikes and related products
Interest in helping more people ride bicycles
Willingness to complete Trek University Guide modules
Ability to pursue stated individual sales targets
Bring customer hospitality, bicycle knowledge, sales development, and follow-through to Trek’s Burnaby retail team.
