This two-year Analyst Program develops broad technical and business skills across Citi Technology. Analysts may explore microservices, web development, AI agents, data analytics, and production support. The program offers mentoring, networking, and development programs while supporting banking technology.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to globally scoped technology projects
Develop applications, scripts, and automation solutions
Support incident and problem management lifecycles
Use monitoring tools to identify production issues
Track customer journey adoption and business value
Requirements: Graduation scheduled between December 2026 and May 2027
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technology field
Proactive problem-solving approach using Generative AI
Ability to pass basic algorithmic programming exercises
Collaborative, adaptable, and solid communication skills
Build a foundation across Citi technology teams while applying coding, analytics, automation, and AI to banking projects.
