This full time, one-year contract supports the management team across an interprofessional primary care organization. The Project Manager coordinates policies, schedules, reports, health initiatives, and digital projects. Success requires managing priorities and stakeholders across the organization, external partners, and wider health system.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate administrative policies, procedures, and organizational schedules
Establish project goals, requirements, budgets, timelines, and milestones
Manage relationships with partners and health system stakeholders
Prepare reports, briefings, summaries, analytics,



and metrics
Communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders
Requirements: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Comfort managing multiple priorities in healthcare projects
Ability to assess risks in planning and procurement
Ability to negotiate stakeholder buy-in for projects
Willingness to train, expand responsibilities, and train others
Apply project coordination, reporting, risk assessment, and stakeholder leadership skills across medical and digital healthcare initiatives.
