The Government of Alberta seeks a Program Eligibility Assessor reporting to the Disability Income Assistance Team Lead. You will assess initial financial eligibility for ADAP and AISH while applying legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines. The role supports applicants through accurate decisions, inquiries, documentation, and program connections.
Key Responsibilities: Review applicant income, assets, and supporting documentation
Determine eligibility for ADAP and AISH programs
Communicate decisions and explain available next steps




Respond to contact centre inquiries and gather information
Connect applicants with programs, resources, and supports
Requirements: Two year diploma in a related field
No experience required, or equivalent education and experience
Knowledge of AISH legislation and applicable regulations
Knowledge of government programs and financial assistance resources
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and investment types
Apply your assessment, decision making, and client service skills as a remote Alberta Public Service eligibility assessor.
