As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage customer accounts for a skilled salon organization supporting recognized salon brands. Your work includes processing orders, resolving fulfillment concerns, and building relationships with salon customers and business partners. You will also conduct proactive outreach supporting retention and growth.

Requirements: One or more years of account management experience
Salon, beauty, spa, personal care, or cosmetics experience
Experience supporting salon owners, stylists, or distributors
Strong customer relationship and communication abilities
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems
Use account management, salon industry knowledge, and proactive customer communication to support Western Canadian beauty businesses remotely.
