Support clinical research in Montreal as an occasional Clinical Research Nurse using critical care, ICU, or infusion therapy experience. Work variable, on-call shifts outside regular hours.
At the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre, nurses support Centre for Innovative Medicine clinical trial activities. The temporary pool assists full time CIM nursing staff with trial-related needs, especially observations outside regular working hours. Reporting to CIM management, scheduling depends on each trial’s demands.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ health situations clinically
Plan care and establish priorities
Provide treatments according to patients’ health situations
Evaluate patient care outcomes
Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements: Diploma of College Studies
Two to five years of work experience
Good-standing membership with the OIIQ
Advanced written and spoken French and English
Current CRP certification
Apply critical care, patient communication, and clinical evaluation skills within CIM’s Montreal-based research environment.
