Serve Toronto Downtown clients as an RBC Banking Advisor using bilingual communication, client-focused sales, and practical problem-solving skills. Full-time branch availability is required.
This trainee position supports everyday banking, credit, and investment needs across RBC’s retail branches. You will educate clients, demonstrate digital banking, onboard recent clients, and refer complex opportunities to specialists. Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Vietnamese, or Spanish alongside English is required.
Key Responsibilities: Engage clients in branches and the community
Uncover banking needs and identify referral opportunities
Complete financial transactions and resolve banking problems
Demonstrate digital banking and educate clients
Maintain partner relationships supporting referrals
Requirements: Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it
Client-first sales experience in target-driven environments
