Manage housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations at AgeCare Wenleigh while supporting clean, secure, and comfortable resident environments.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Environmental Services Manager oversees environmental services within this long-term care home. The position coordinates service delivery, building systems, supplies, staff coverage, contractors, reporting, audits, and infection prevention practices. Knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, laundry procedures, and applicable legislation supports the work.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate routines, schedules, procedures, and duty assignments
Oversee preventive maintenance and operational building systems
Maintain environmental services supplies, equipment, and inventory levels




Coordinate contractors and external service providers
Support IPAC standards, audits, reports, and regulatory compliance
Requirements: Managerial or supervisory experience in healthcare or relevant settings
Minimum two years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of long-term care legislation and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and WHMIS
Experience with maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry procedures
Bring environmental services leadership, maintenance knowledge, and regulatory awareness to AgeCare Wenleigh's long-term care operations.
