Lead resident programs at Extendicare while advancing satisfaction, community engagement, and recreation team leadership in a full time position.
The Resident Program Manager develops and implements activities that improve the resident experience. This full-time role guides recreation staff and volunteers, manages budgets, and supports resident and family satisfaction targets. The position also follows Extendicare’s Guiding Principles, regulatory requirements, and Resident Bill of Rights.
