FYidoctors is seeking an Optician to fill an existing vacancy at its Sudbury clinics. You will educate patients about eyewear, guide selections, complete repairs, and support retail operations. The position also includes coaching team members and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Educate patients about lifestyle-focused eyewear options
Guide eyewear selections balancing style and vision
Perform repairs and adjustments for fit and comfort
Coach team members on optical standards and processes
Support retail and clinic operations
Requirements: Minimum one year of optical setting experience
Registration as an Optician in Ontario
Bilingual French and English communication
Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
