This role is ideal for physicians looking to reduce administrative burden, benefit from excellent clinical support, and achieve a sustainable worklife balance while building a successful practice.

The Opportunity You will join a forward-thinking primary care clinic built to support physicians in delivering high-quality care without the typical pressures associated with running a practice.

With significant unmet demand in the local community, physicians will benefit from immediate patient volumes and the ability to rapidly establish a full patient panel.

The clinic has been designed to allow you to focus on clinical work, with systems, technology, and support staff managing the operational and administrative workload.

Key Highlights Immediate patient demand with rapid panel growth Estimated earnings: $CAN350k - $CAN500k+ depending on scope and volume Flexible scheduling with hybrid (clinic + virtual care) working options No required evenings or weekends Minimal home-call commitment (2 weeks per year) Cross-coverage system enabling up to 10 weeks annual leave Strong clinical support including high MOA-to-physician ratios Nursing support for screening, recalls, procedures, and chronic disease management Centralised support for billing, IT, HR, and administration AI-enabled workflows including documentation tools, automated recalls, and integrated referral systems Opportunity to develop interests in women's health, minor procedures, and chronic care Practice Environment This is a modern, purpose-built clinic designed to reduce physician workload and improve efficiency.

Physicians are supported by experienced administrative staff, dedicated billing teams, and clinical support professionals, allowing them to focus on patient care rather than operational tasks.

The clinic incorporates advanced digital systems and AI-supported tools to streamline documentation, patient communication, and referrals, significantly reducing time spent on administrative work outside of clinic hours.

Candidate Requirements Applicants should: Hold or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) Be interested in practising comprehensive family medicine Demonstrate a patient-centred and collaborative approach Be open to relocating within the next 12 months (if applying internationally) Provisional licence candidates are welcome, with supervision support available.
