This Supervisor position combines people leadership with store execution at Pattison Food Group’s Save-On-Foods division. You will foster Always Customer First service while supporting departments, team initiatives, staffing considerations, and operational standards. Business metrics, budgeting knowledge, and computer proficiency support the work.
Key Responsibilities: Foster positive teamwork through coaching and mentorship
Maintain customer, health, food safety, and merchandising standards
Support front end operations and departments as needed
Communicate priorities aligned with business objectives
Support workforce planning, inventory, and stocktaking activities
Requirements: Two to four years of retail experience
Food Safe Certification
Knowledge of sales targets and profitability
Knowledge of budgeting and merchandising plans
Human resources and scheduling knowledge are assets
